CANCELLED – July 13th – Getting To Know You Night at ABWA – Imperial River

ABWA Imperial River Chapter HelloCANCELLED – Imperial River Chapter of ABWA Hosts “Getting to Know You” Night

Businesswomen throughout the community are invited to register

We’ve discovered that the majority of our membership are taking some well-earned vacation time this month, so we’re cancelling the meeting originally scheduled for July 13th.

Estero, Florida – The Imperial River Chapter® of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) invites professional women (and men!) in the South Lee County business community to attend its “Getting to Know You Night” on Wednesday, July 13th 2016, at the Holiday Inn Fort Myers Airport at Town Center, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Networking exercises and business dinner are included in the registration fee of $30 per person.

Based on an expanded concept of the 30-second “elevator pitch”, this event will feature opportunities for business professionals to deepen existing relationships and make new connections. Participants will be prompted through a series of pre-determined questions designed to help communicate who they are, what they do, and the value they bring to relationships, both personally and professionally.

Launched as a new formation in April 2016, the ABWA Imperial River Chapter is already more than halfway to achieving its goal of 30 new members to formalize the new formation. Monthly meetings have attracted both men and women from a diverse array of industries. These include legal, financial and accounting, IT consulting, hospitality and tourism, event planning, journalism, government, health care, and more.

Please reserve your seat ($30) via Eventbrite by Sunday July 10th 2016
